AI Forward Deployed Engineer, EMEA

📋 Description

• Deploy and prove from first file to production workflow; 90 days: 1 workflow; 12 months: 3–5 deployments.
• Work end-to-end across Java services and React interfaces for performance and resilience.
• Drive adoption across technical and business stakeholders to scale deployments.
• Configure Camunda clusters locally and in cloud; debug integrations; build custom agents.
• Build the playbook; document good patterns to speed future implementations.
• Hand off to a trained customer team that can operate independently.

🎯 Requirements

• Must Have: Enterprise production experience shipping inside a large org.
• Must Have: Technical depth: debug integrations, build agents, stand up Camunda cluster.
• Must Have: Stakeholder communication across engineering, architecture, and business leads.
• Must Have: Practical AI experience: production AI use, context management, prompt engineering.
• Must Have: Comfort with ambiguity and documenting learnings.
• Nice to Have: Occasional travel may be required.
• Nice to Have: Customer-facing engineering or professional services experience.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with regulated industries (finance/healthcare/insurance).
