AI Forward Deployed Engineer - Procurement/Legal

📋 Description

• Embed with enterprise customers to map procurement workflows.
• Build and deploy AI agent solutions via Zip AppStudio, tailored to customer data.
• Own customer relationships and manage parallel workstreams across accounts.
• Surface the next problem to solve to expand contract value.
• Produce architecture documentation detailing builds and generalization across accounts.
• Feed learnings back to product and engineering to improve the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise procurement or legal teams.
• Direct AI experience with AI agents or automated workflows (Claude, N8N, Make, Zapier).
• Proven track record owning complex customer engagements end-to-end.
• Strong ability to build integrations and read APIs.
• Procurement or legal domain knowledge; CPP/CPSM/CPA a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
