AI Forward Engineer (Product / Project Focus)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered apps
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and priorities
• Translate business needs into actionable technical plans for engineers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions on time and quality
• Leverage AI tools to improve planning, documentation, prototyping, and delivery
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into products and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Owner/PM/Project Manager/Technical Account Manager or similar
• Strong understanding of modern AI applications and LLM-powered products
• Active user of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Passion for building with AI and experimenting with new workflows (vibe coding)
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive projects independently
