• Leading sprint activities, including planning, defining clear Definition of Ready and Definition of
• Designing and building full-stack applications that support AI and analytics solutions.
• Developing reusable tools, frameworks, and components that improve solution delivery across
• Building intuitive frontend interfaces using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, or comparable
• Developing robust backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or
• Integrating applications with data sources, external systems, and enterprise workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience developing backend applications and APIs using Python.
• Hands-on experience with agentic engineering tools and IDEs such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint-based delivery.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: CAD $115,000–$140,000 annually.
• Estimated total compensation, including annual incentive opportunity: CAD $132,000–$161,000.
