📋 Description

• Design, implement, and evolve AI governance strategies for responsible AI across enterprise
• Define and execute AI governance maturity frameworks to automate continuous control monitoring.
• Develop AI governance roadmaps aligned with business goals, regulatory expectations, and
• Establish AI asset registries covering internal models, third-party LLMs, and shadow AI usage.
• Integrate AI risk management into the development lifecycle with a proactive shift-left approach.
• Create executive dashboards translating AI risk metrics for leadership and regulatory stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), IT Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, or
• 3+ years leading AI governance, responsible AI, AI risk management, or similar initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI governance principles, risk frameworks, compliance requirements, and
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on model drift, data lineage, performance, and
• Experience designing governance frameworks, policies, maturity models, and control monitoring
• Strong executive communication skills to present risk topics to leadership and regulators.
