• Feed the sales portfolio and ensure key accounts are well worked
• Help salespeople prioritize their prospect lists (via scraping other job boards, active monitoring
• Ensure the centralization and analysis of the performance of prospecting cadences and their

🎯 Requirements

• First experience in the Operations department of a start-up/scale-up
• Problem-solving mindset with a 'get things done' attitude
• Structured and rigorous, able to process large volumes of data methodically
• Proactive, enjoys challenging and automating processes (notably with AI)
• Fluent in French and English
• Mastery of Google Sheets, Excel, Gemini, and scraping tools like Webscraper; has built own AI agents
