AI Integrations Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance to map workflows and build solutions.
• Design AI-driven, agentic workflows to automate routine tasks.
• Build and scale integrations for real-time data flows and automation.
• Develop custom microservices for complex routing and logic beyond iPaaS.
• Drive an AI-first culture; use Cursor, Claude Code, and Cowork to ship faster.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from scoping to deployment and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in production automations and enterprise SaaS integrations.
• Workato integration: recipes, connectors, agentic features; familiarity with MuleSoft/Boomi.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Marketo, Jira APIs.
• Software engineering foundation; scalable microservices; Java preferred.
• API design (REST/GraphQL), OAuth 2.0/JWT, data modeling, event-driven architectures.
• AI tooling and agentic experience: LLM-driven agents and MCPs.
• Consultative mindset: translate technical concepts into business value.
• Reliability and observability: monitoring, alerting, auditable pipelines.
