📋 Description

• Evaluate and select AI models for our products based on business needs.
• Design and build evaluation frameworks and observability for AI in production.
• Collaborate with data science to fine-tune AI models for optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered features using Python.
• Test and validate AI models in real-world scenarios; troubleshoot issues.
• Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and identify opportunities for innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of software development, with production app in a modern web framework.
• Strong knowledge of AI models including agent SDKs, harnesses, and fine-tuning.
• Strong engineering fundamentals across back-end technologies.
• Ability to design data-model features with accuracy, security, and performance.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
