📋 Description

• Analyze client workflows and processes to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Coordinate pilots with AI copilots, agents, and retrieval-augmented systems.
• Design, test, and deploy AI-enabled workflows for client data and processes.
• Integrate prompt libraries, memory structures, and AI capabilities into CRM/ERP/support systems.
• Partner with AI design specialists to ensure proper user-facing behavior and UX.
• Monitor adoption and iterate configurations post-launch.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in process design, systems integration, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience configuring AI agents, copilots, automation platforms (Zapier, LangChain, Azure
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, API orchestration, and AI workflows.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders; systems thinking and documentation.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.
