📋 Description

• Analyze client workflows to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Coordinate pilots using AI copilots, agents, and retrieval systems.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy AI-enabled workflows with client data.
• Integrate prompts, memory, UIs, and AI into CRM/ERP/support tools.
• Partner with AI designers to ensure proper behavior and UX.
• Monitor adoption and continuously improve configurations post-launch.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in process design, systems integration, product implementation, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience configuring AI agents, copilots, automation platforms (Zapier, LangChain, Azure
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, API orchestration, AI workflow design, lifecycle.
• Strong ability to operationalize AI across business functions and workflows.
• Excellent collaboration with tech teams and stakeholders; translate concepts to actions.
