AI IT and Integrations Lead

📋 Description

• Turn loose requests into precise requirements for APIs, accounts, authentication, scopes and
• Coordinate IAM, SSO, service accounts and OAuth apps so access matches exactly what's been approved.
• Work with each company's IT teams and system owners to secure approvals and clear blockers quickly.
• Configure the AI platform side, coordinate connector builds with engineering, and test workflows
• Keep access records current and manage credential rotation and revocation.
• Use AI to automate the admin, because nobody should do the same task manually twice.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, IAM, service accounts, OAuth and API permissions.
• A proven track record of delivering integrations across multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and fixing access and authentication failures.
• Excellent coordination, documentation and follow-through.
• A security-first mindset, with least privilege, clean audit trails and no shortcuts.
• Bonus points for Okta or OneLogin, Google Workspace, GCP IAM, SAML/OIDC, MCP or enterprise SaaS
