AI Junior Product Manager | Banking

📋 Description

• Assist Product Lead to shape and deliver an in-house LLM tool used by 200k+ colleagues.
• Contribute to roadmap execution, product vision, and feature planning.
• Develop and refine features by gathering user insights and research.
• Work with Engineering to translate ideas into clear requirements and backlog.
• Collaborate with CS and regional teams to collect feedback and ensure fit.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting.
• Experience supporting product development or ownership and end-to-end lifecycle.
• Basic knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompts, evaluation, and AI safety.
• Familiarity with large-scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML.
• Self-starter with initiative, able to operate with limited guidance in fast-changing env.
• Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
