🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in business analysis/consulting; led reengineering.
• Facilitate structured discovery workshops with exec stakeholders.
• Hands-on with Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Skills, or similar LLMs.
• Strong written communication; deliverables under time pressure.
• AI-fluent; understands agent reasoning and human-in-the-loop.
• Executive presence; present to C-suite and align stakeholders.
