AI Lead Developer

📋 Description

• Lead AI-driven development projects and teams
• Design and implement scalable AI pipelines and workflows
• Build and optimize RAG-based solutions and LLM-driven integrations
• Develop agent-based systems and AI-driven user interfaces
• Manage data handling using PostgreSQL and object storage platforms
• Analyze data, build KPIs, and derive actionable insights using SQL and Python

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in AI development and related technologies
• Strong experience with ReactJS and Next.js for frontend development
• Solid backend engineering skills in Python (FastAPI) with working knowledge of NodeJS or NestJS
• Hands-on experience with AI and LLM-based systems, including embeddings, intelligent analysis, and
• Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch or Chroma for similarity search and RAG-based
• Practical exposure to model evaluation, response accuracy tuning, and hallucination reduction
