AI/LLM Contractor — Career Transition Track (Contract-to-Hire)

📋 Description

• Build and experiment with NLP- and LLM-based applications
• Develop NLP/LLM solutions with semantic search, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
• Work on AI-powered products and longitudinal healthcare data solutions
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to generate insights and improve product performance
• Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to improve workflows, research, automation, and productivity
• Collaborate with Client Solutions, Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to prototype quickly

🎯 Requirements

• ~1–3 years of professional experience in data analytics, data engineering, software engineering, or a related technical role
• Strong SQL and Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Solid foundation in machine learning, modeling, statistics, and data analysis
• Strong communication skills to explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with ambiguity and rapid iteration
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working collaboratively across teams is a plus
