AI/ Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement ML and LLM-powered features for the Aera Platform.
• Build and own agentic workflows end-to-end with multi-step reasoning and human-in-the-loop checks.
• Build the eval harness and own offline/online evaluation with gold datasets and regression gates.
• Optimize agent performance and cost across context engineering, prompts, tool calls, and token budgets.
• Instrument ship with tracing and observability to profile agent behavior and prove regressions.
• Design tool and skill surfaces for models to use, including MCP servers and reusable agent skills.

🎯 Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in software engineering and architecture.
• At least 2 years designing and deploying ML or LLM-based systems, including 6–12 months on LLM work.
• You architect and own complex, high-stakes systems with documented design decisions.
• You are a systems thinker; abstract across business domains into building blocks for the platform.
• You are a power user of agentic coding tools (Claude Code or equivalent).
