📋 Description

• Design and build marketing AI skills, workflows and agents to automate tasks, campaign development
• Automate system processes in campaigns with human-in-the-loop guardrails across channels
• Package skills within projects and automated workflows for scalable growth
• Embed AI into marketing programs with cross-functional teams
• Prototype/pilot AI tools across platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, GPTs, automation tools)
• Lead pilots and evaluate tools to deliver measurable business value

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience across campaigns, content or product marketing
• Hands-on AI experience building skills/workflows
• AI training via coursework, certifications or self-directed learning
• Systems mindset with focus on repeatable, scalable processes
• Strong writing/communication to explain technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with marketing automation and AI/data tools: Make, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Claude
