📋 Description

• Own the AI integration strategy for marketing workflows to boost efficiency.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents and automations for marketing.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and translate capabilities into marketing use.
• Partner across Marketing, BI, GTM Ops, and Web Engineering to scale AI workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• Hands-on design and deployment of AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Proven success driving transformational change and tech adoption.
• Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI platforms.
• Deep marketing operations knowledge; marketing automation, campaigns, testing.
• SQL, Tableau, and BI tools; analyze data and translate insights.
