AI/ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Ship ML/AI features inside NOS; train, fine-tune, deploy in production.
• Design and build AI agents and workflows using NOS data/tools.
• Own model quality end-to-end: evals, thresholds, regression suites.
• Partner with platform/product engineers to ship models to production.
• Train and fine-tune models; design safety monitoring for production.
• Contribute to data ontology and NOS data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/ML/Stats or equivalent production exp.
• 5+ years shipping ML/AI features into production.
• Strong Python and hands-on ML/LLM tooling (PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Production experience with LLMs/agents: prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, evals.
• Solid data engineering: pipelines, large messy datasets; AWS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain tradeoffs to non-specialists.
