AI/ML Technical Architect Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy, architecture, technical implementation across programs.
• Design, develop, deploy scalable AI/ML models for decision-making and automation.
• Lead development of predictive analytics and intelligent decision-support solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through the AI/ML lifecycle to production and optimization.
• Oversee data pipelines, MLOps, model lifecycle, monitoring, explainability, bias mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Data Science; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in AI/ML, data science, software eng, analytics with hands-on AI tech.
• At least 5 years designing, developing, deploying AI/ML in production with MLOps.
• Strong programming in Python, R, Java, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch; AWS SageMaker experience.
• Experience in secure enterprise environments and readiness for public trust eligibility; capable of
