• Generating hyper-realistic AI UGC videos, multi-scene mini-movies, animated stories, and hook
• Working with characters as a system: creating and reusing their 'passports', preserving appearance
• Handling final post-production in After Effects—edit dynamics, animation, subtitles, music, sound
• Collaborating with creative marketers' briefs, showing intermediate results, quickly making edits
• Maintaining balance between quality, speed, and generation cost: meeting agreed weekly KPIs without

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in After Effects: independently editing, animating, and finishing videos to final quality
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation in Seedance, Kling, Veo, or similar models
• Ability to generate images and work with consistent characters in Nano Banana, GPT Image, Seedream
• Skilled in breaking scripts into scenes, writing precise prompts, and handling multi-scene
• Understanding performance creative structure: hook, body, CTA, pacing, attention retention, and
• Portfolio with completed AI creatives—UGC, mini-movies, animated, or other multi-scene videos
