🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering, production systems
Strong Node.js + TypeScript, backend services (NestJS)
REST APIs, async patterns, debugging, and performance
Experience with SQL and NoSQL data sources
Distributed systems: Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, containers/K8s
CI/CD, feature flags, and environment separation
Fluent with AI-powered dev tools; fast learner
Excellent communication; proactive and collaborative
