📋 Description

• Own the problem from understanding to production monitoring.
• Work directly with the business in a small AI Pod to ship quickly.
• Build with AI as the primary tool; avoid hand-offs and rely on measurable eval frameworks.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI-driven solutions, with production-ready observability.
• Collaborate across product, platform, and business to define decision logic and success metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping production AI systems and operating them in the real world.
• Fluency with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Understanding of agentic architectures: orchestration, multi-step workflows, fallback and error
• Comfort across stack levels; can work on prompt, RAG pipeline, orchestrator, and backend.
• Strong evaluation instincts; define metrics and build test sets to validate impact before shipping.
• Clear communication, accountability, and willingness to own problems end-to-end.
