📋 Description

• Lead technical implementation for new customers: API integrations, data mapping, workflows.
• Build custom integrations, data pipelines, and automation for complex needs.
• Debug and resolve field issues, often the same day they surface.
• Own the technical relationship for accounts from onboarding to renewal.
• Contribute to product development from the field; code in Rails API, GraphQL, React.
• Automate repetitive work by building agents and internal tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years software engineering; production code in Ruby/Rails, JS/React, or Python.
• Comfort with APIs, databases, data pipelines; read GraphQL schemas.
• Customer-facing instincts; earn trust with VP-level stakeholders.
• Bias toward action; fix problems, don't wait for tickets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (at least monthly).
