📋 Description

• Lead and grow a 3-4 engineer AI Pod; drive autonomy and delivery.
• Provide hands-on tech authority - code, architect, review, and ship.
• Own the full delivery loop: identify problem, design, ship, monitor.
• Collaborate with Product/Design/DevOps and stakeholders to define logic and metrics.
• Drive AI-native development using Claude Code, Cursor, and related tools.
• Build testing and observability from day one; define Payoneer engineering methodology.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a backend or full-stack engineer with production experience.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams; growing people and delivering.
• Experience shipping production AI systems — agentic architectures and workflows.
• Fluency with AI coding tools; genuinely fast with them.
• Strong eval instincts; define metrics, test sets, and evaluation frameworks.
• Full-stack comfort — move from prompt to RAG pipeline to backend.
