AI-native Product Designer/Builder

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end discovery and delivery for marketplace features within your product pod
• Use AI tools to compress research and synthesis into insights in hours, not weeks
• Produce engineer-ready handoff specs with AI-assisted docs and near-code prototyping
• Redesign core marketplace journeys: discovery, checkout, payments, trust
• Design experiments with measurable outcomes: conversion, retention, GMV
• Partner with PMs and engineers in a fast-moving pod with autonomy

🎯 Requirements

• Active AI fluency: you use AI for research, specs, prototyping
• Senior experience designing complex digital products; marketplace/e-commerce preferred
• Comfort with near-code tooling (Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype fast
• Systems thinking for multi-sided marketplaces: buyers, sellers, trust, payments
• Strong business model understanding and stellar product sense
• Proven ability to design for outcomes with measurable impact
