AI Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Administer live AI platform components and tooling
• Manage day-to-day ops: user access, config, licenses, quotas
• Operate within guardrails; raise change requests to DevOps
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base
• Monitor platform health and usage via dashboards
• Support business users deploying self-service AI deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT operations, app support, platform ops
• Hands-on with cloud services (Azure) monitoring and diagnostics
• Familiarity with observability tools: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana
• Experience with IT service management and ticketing (ServiceNow)
• Strong customer-service mindset; explain tech to non-technical users
• Understanding of identity and access administration: Entra ID, RBAC, least-privilege
