AI Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Build AI-powered tools, including plugins, skills, MCP connectors, and agents.
• Develop and operate internal AI agent platforms with triggers and integrations.
• Create reusable components using Python and TypeScript/JavaScript for scalable AI ops.
• Integrate third-party APIs and business apps to streamline workflows across departments.
• Maintain and monitor deployed AI solutions and tool ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, Support, and Engineering on automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLM tech (Claude, MCP, AI agents, prompts).
• 3+ years software engineering using Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• REST API integration and building documented services.
• Security best practices for handling sensitive data.
• Ability to define solutions from ambiguous requirements.
