🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in automation, systems, operations, technical PM, or AI roles.
• Experience applying AI tools within a business environment.
• Experience building scalable workflows that improve efficiency.
• Ecommerce, DTC, or growth-focused experience preferred.
• Strong systems-thinking to translate concepts into workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions with non-technical teams.
