AI Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Administer enterprise AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and RBAC/billing.
• Automate operations to reduce manual work over time.
• Keep the SVP of Innovation ahead of schedule via prioritization and prep.
• Run the Innovation team's weekly operating rhythm and keep the roadmap current.
• Produce a weekly AI intelligence brief on what’s shipping and testing.
• Contribute strategic perspective to roadmap and grow into a strategic voice.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience; fast learner with a high ceiling; advanced English.
• AI-native: daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini.
• Strong organizer; makes chaos legible and closes loops.
• Clear writer and systems thinker with a point of view.
• Comfortable being the least experienced; remote, international candidates.
• Bonus: built AI agent, workflow, or shipped AI project.
