AI Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Administer enterprise AI platforms (Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini) and new tools.
• Manage provisioning, access, RBAC, governance and billing; automate over time.
• Keep SVP of Innovation organized and ahead of schedule through prioritization and follow-through.
• Run the Innovation team's weekly operating rhythm; keep the roadmap current and trusted.
• Produce a weekly AI intelligence brief on what's shipping and what to test.
• Bring a strategic voice into discussions and grow with the Nova ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience; early-career with high ceiling and fast learners.
• AI-native: daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Strong organizer; makes chaos legible and closes loops.
• Clear writer and systems thinker with a point of view.
• Comfortable being the least experienced yet adds value.
• Overlap with US Pacific hours; LATAM ideal; remote, international candidates welcome.
• Bonus: built something with AI (agent, workflow or side project).
