📋 Description

• Administer AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini); manage access & provisioning.
• Keep the SVP organized and ahead of schedule via prioritization and prep.
• Run the Innovation team's weekly rhythm and keep the roadmap current.
• Produce a weekly AI intelligence brief on frontier tech and testing.
• MITs: frictionless ops; high-leverage focus; early AI signals.
• Leverage Nova ecosystem within your department and automate where possible.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience; early-career with high ceiling and fast learning.
• AI-native; daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini; intuitive about capabilities.
• Strong organizer who makes chaos legible and closes loops.
• Clear writer and systems thinker with a point of view.
• Comfortable being the least experienced person in the room and adding value.
• Overlap with US Pacific hours; remote, international candidates.
