📋 Description

• Administer enterprise AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini); provisioning, RBAC, governance, and billing.
• Keep the SVP of Innovation organized and ahead through prioritization and follow-through.
• Run the Innovation team's weekly operating rhythm and maintain the roadmap.
• Produce a weekly AI intelligence brief on what's shipping and what to test.
• Bring a strategic voice into planning and grow as the team's AI lead.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for your department.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience; early-career with fast learning.
• AI-native; daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Strong organizer; closes loops and makes chaos legible.
• Clear writer and systems thinker with a point of view.
• Comfortable being the least experienced and adding value; remote; US Pacific overlap.
• Bonus: built AI-enabled agent, workflow, or shipped project.
