📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve cross-SMN operational workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and translate them into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working across North America, Europe, APAC, LatAm.
• Lead AI automation and tooling initiatives with Tech/Data teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data to align ops with business needs.
• Define and monitor performance metrics to drive decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years in strategy/operations, media ops, or production management.
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Data-driven with KPI definition and performance measurement.
• Hands-on mindset; able to move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) and AI tooling.
