📋 Description

• Design and improve operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify bottlenecks and translate into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working across regions: North America, Europe, APAC, Latam.
• Collaborate with AI tools to boost productivity and speed.
• Define playbooks and ensure adoption across teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure feasibility of ops initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years in strategy/operations, supply chain, media ops, marketing ops, or production management.
• Strong process design, optimization, and automation experience.
• Data fluency and KPI definition for performance measurement.
• Hands-on mindset; able to move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable).
