📋 Description

• Embed with a brand or central function to redesign workflows with AI.
• Develop Claude or Codex skills and set up n8n flows.
• Build small agents and train teams to run the new workflow.
• Deliver 2-4 week engagements per brand and hand over the solution.
• Open to non-engineers; engineering background is a plus, not required.

🎯 Requirements

• Agency mindset, grit, and drive; comfortable in a multi-brand org.
• Hands-on AI fluency with Claude and/or Codex; explain MCP, skill, agent.
• Experience building AI workflows with n8n; create playbooks and agents.
• Ability to map messy workflows and identify high-value AI steps.
• Change management skills; win trust and drive adoption.
• Clear English communication; 4-5 years in a real function.
