AI Ops Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and enhance LLM-powered AI solutions for enterprise I&O use cases.
• Develop and integrate AI agents to answer questions, investigate issues, and run workflows.
• Build MCP integrations and tool-calling to connect agents with platforms/APIs.
• Develop backend services and integrations using Python and REST APIs.
• Integrate AI platform with ServiceNow/CMDB, Dynatrace, Zabbix, and GCP.
• Progressively extend workflows toward automation with guardrails and human-in-the-loop patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience across AI, software, data, infra, or AIOps.
• 1–2 years hands-on Generative AI/LLMs experience building apps/workflows.
• 2–3 years backend software, Python, API integration, or cloud/automation experience.
• Strong Python and REST API design/consumption skills.
• Experience with LLMs concepts: prompting, context, embeddings, RAG.
• Hands-on with agentic frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
