AI Orchestrator (Squad Leader)

📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary squad in an AI-augmented SDLC.
• Coordinate AI agents across all SDLC stages with guardrails.
• Ensure AI agents are configured, monitored, and improved.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies in AI-enabled delivery.
• Map value streams and manage dependencies for timely delivery.
• Oversee the squad backlog with Product Managers and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead software development squads as Squad Lead, PM, or Engineering Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban or hybrid agile.
• Hands-on with AI agents/tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Prompt engineering for SDLC contexts.
• Define and track agentic metrics and dashboards.
• Strong English, Jira/Azure DevOps familiarity.
