AI Partnerships Lead

📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with AI safety organizations, AI policy groups
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, holding regular in-person meetings in
• Manage partner relationships through consistent follow-up, tracking commitments and timelines, and
• Represent the organization at industry convenings, briefings, and conferences across AI and
• Translate partner conversations and emerging needs into clear, testable research questions
• Support leadership in evaluating and prioritizing research requests from partners and funders.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 6 or more years of professional experience in politics, public policy, philanthropy
• Strong understanding of both the AI safety and technology ecosystem and the Washington political
• Hands-on experience with polling, survey research, or message testing, including the ability to
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, funders, and
• Experience leading client-facing research projects from initial scoping through delivery, working
• Strong listening and analytical skills, with the ability to identify stakeholders’ underlying needs
