AI Partnerships Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI partnerships with labs, AI firms, and infra partners.
• Structure deals: data licensing, product integrations, and co-development.
• Build a repeatable playbook for AI partnerships: pipeline, pricing, deals.
• Source and diligence AI/ML partners; curate external data and models.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Finance, and GTM; communicate with external execs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in partnerships, BD, enterprise sales, or corporate dev.
• Bias for action; comfortable with ambiguity; build playbooks while running deals.
• Track record managing senior external relationships with executives.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML; able to converse with researchers/engineers.
• Comfort across full deal lifecycle: sourcing to post-signature delivery.
• Strong written communication; translate complex ideas clearly.
