📋 Description

• Develop engaging video concepts, advertising hooks, and creative angles aligned with brand
• Manage the end-to-end production of paid-social video ads, from initial concept development and
• Use AI-powered tools to generate high-quality visuals, characters, environments, and other creative
• Edit videos with compelling storytelling, effective pacing, sound design, captions, and consistent
• Produce performance-driven creative tailored to different audiences, platforms, and campaign goals.
• Adapt visual styles, formats, and creative approaches to the needs of B2B/corporate and D2C

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of directly relevant experience creating English-language paid-social video
• Excellent English proficiency, with the ability to understand brand messaging and develop
• A strong portfolio showcasing polished, sophisticated, and brand-appropriate performance video ads.
• Proven ability to manage the full creative production process, from initial concept through final
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered visual generation and video production tools.
