AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain the AI execution platform for scalable production use.
• Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems.
• Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and readiness for production.
• Create golden test suites, behavioral evaluations, safety checks, and CI gates.
• Build portfolio of AI agents supporting business workflows.
• Develop meta-level systems to monitor performance and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users.
• Strong AI evaluation methodologies knowledge: golden datasets, judge criteria, safety testing
• Experience designing reliable AI workflows with emphasis on correctness, traceability, governance.
• Deep API integration with business systems and MCP servers.
• Strong Python skills and cloud experience (GCP), data warehouses, and IaC tools.
• Ability to design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems end-to-end.
