📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain the AI execution platform for scalable AI agents.
• Own architecture decisions enabling production-grade AI systems.
• Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and readiness.
• Create golden test suites, safety checks, and CI gates.
• Build portfolio of AI agents supporting business workflows.
• Develop meta-level systems to monitor performance and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users.
• Strong AI evaluation methodologies: golden datasets, judge criteria, safety tests.
• Experience designing reliable AI workflows with governance.
• Deep API integration with business systems and MCP servers.
• Infrastructure engineering skills using Python, GCP, data warehouses, and IaC tools.
• Ability to design, deploy, monitor, and improve production systems end to end.
