AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build the AI execution platform for reliable, scalable AI systems.
• Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems.
• Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and production readiness.
• Create golden tests, behavioral evaluations, safety checks, and CI gates.
• Manage AI agents supporting business workflows: reporting, drafting, analysis, triage, knowledge
• Develop meta-level systems to monitor performance and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users.
• Strong AI evaluation methodologies knowledge: golden datasets, behavior assertions, judge criteria
• Experience designing reliable AI workflows with emphasis on correctness, traceability, governance.
• Deep API integration with business systems; MCP servers experience.
• Strong Python, cloud (GCP), cloud data warehouses, and IaC tooling skills.
• Ability to design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems end to end.
