📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI execution platform for reliable AI agents
• Own architecture for production-ready AI systems at scale
• Develop evaluation layers, golden tests, and safety gates
• Build AI agent portfolios for business workflows (reporting, drafting, analysis)
• Monitor performance, improve platform, and implement governance
• Integrate security, access controls, logging, and approvals into platform

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience deploying production LLM agent systems
• Strong AI evaluation knowledge: golden datasets, judge criteria, safety testing
• Experience with reliable AI workflows emphasizing correctness and governance
• Deep API integration with business systems; MCP servers
• Strong Python, cloud (GCP), data warehouses, and IaC skills
• End-to-end production system design, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
