AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain the AI execution platform and governance tooling.
• Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems at scale.
• Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and production readiness.
• Create golden tests, behavioral evaluations, safety checks, and CI gates.
• Build AI agents portfolio supporting business workflows (reporting, drafting, analysis, triage
• Develop meta-level systems to monitor performance and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users.
• Strong AI evaluation know-how: golden datasets, behavioral assertions, safety testing, quality
• Experience designing reliable AI workflows with traceability and governance.
• Deep API integration experience with business systems and MCP servers.
• Strong infrastructure engineering skills using Python, GCP, cloud data warehouses, and IaC tools.
• Ability to independently design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems end
