AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with business teams to identify AI opportunities and launch agentic solutions.
• Build and ship AI agents for non-technical users to automate workflows.
• Help architect and build the agentic AI platform with scalable integrations.
• Stay plugged into agentic AI trends to shape Tulip's internal AI strategy.
• Contribute to AI enablement via learning programs, coaching, and change management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with hands-on AI/LLM experience.
• Proven ability to build internal tools for non-technical users; know when to build vs buy.
• Strong relationship builder who earns trust with business leads and co-creates solutions.
• Full-stack ownership: TypeScript, API design, and integration.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and RAG in production.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
