AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain the AI execution platform for reliable AI systems.
• Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems at scale.
• Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and production readiness.
• Create golden test suites, safety checks, and CI gates to prevent unreliable AI from being deployed.
• Build portfolio of AI agents supporting business workflows (reporting, drafting, analysis, triage
• Develop meta-level systems monitoring agent performance and platform improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users.
• Strong AI evaluation methodologies knowledge: golden datasets, judge criteria, safety testing
• Experience designing reliable AI workflows with emphasis on correctness, traceability, governance.
• Deep API integration experience with business systems; MCP servers experience a plus.
• Strong Python engineering skills; experience with GCP, cloud data warehouses, and IaC tools.
• Ability to design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems end to end.
