AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• The AI Platform Engineer will design, build, and operate the infrastructure enabling reliable
• Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems and ensure scalable platform
• Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and readiness for production use.
• Create golden tests, behavioral evaluations, safety checks, and CI gates to prevent unreliable AI
• Build and manage AI agents supporting business workflows (reporting, drafting, analysis, triage
• Develop meta-level systems to monitor performance and continuously enhance the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users.
• Strong AI evaluation knowledge: golden datasets, behavioral assertions, judge criteria, safety
• Experience designing reliable AI workflows with emphasis on correctness, traceability, governance.
• Deep API integration with business systems; experience creating MCP servers.
• Strong Python and cloud infra skills (GCP, cloud data warehouses, IaC).
• Ability to design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems end-to-end.
