• Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems.
• Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and readiness.
• Create golden tests, safety checks, and CI gates for reliability.
• Manage AI agents supporting business workflows (reporting, drafting, analysis).
• Build meta-level systems to monitor performance and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Production-grade AI platform experience with deployed LLMs.
• Expertise in AI evaluation: golden datasets, judge criteria, safety gates.
• Reliable AI workflows with strong governance and traceability.
• Deep API integration with business systems; MCP servers experience.
• Strong Python and cloud experience (GCP), data warehouses, IaC tools.
• End-to-end production systems design, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
